REFUND
We are dedicated to provide the best service to our customers, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be changes to your purchases where you need to cancel or request for a refund. We provide refund for the cancellation following our cancellation policy. The refund amount will only be credited into your account for the online store credit only.
AUTOMATED CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS/SERVICE
In any case where a full payment is not received by Bioganic Healthcare for any purchase or service within 14 days from the date of ordering, the order maybe cancelled and the amount paid will be forfeited without further notice.

Bioganic Healthcare and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use this website, or the information, products and services obtained through this website, the submission of any personal information, including, but not limited to, bank and credit card details, the performance or non-performance by Bioganic Healthcare and its affiliates, or any unauthorized access or breach of security into this website through the internet or otherwise arising, whether based on contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise even if Bioganic Healthcare has been advised of
the possibility of such damages.
FORCE MAJEURE
Bioganic Healthcare shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by Bioganic Healthcare in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any
product or service if the failure or delay of product is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.
DATA PROTECTION
Bioganic Healthcare will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure and shall not be liable for unauthorized access to information supplied by you under any circumstances whatsoever.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICE Bioganic Healthcare may, at any time and at its sole discretion and without cause or notice, terminate or restrict your access to this website or refuse to give effect to any product order requested by you without being required to give any reasons or advance notice to you.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement (including Bioganic Healthcare's conditions of purchase which are set out below) is the entire agreement between the parties in respect of its subject matter and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter.
USER OBLIGATION
a) Keep your Username and Password secure and protected from unauthorized access or use;
b) Immediately notify Bioganic Healthcare if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized access to your Username and Password, or any other breach of security;
c) Not to use this website in a way which interfere with its availability to other users.
d) An account is to be used only by the sole person who has registered for the account. Any other
person using a registered account other than the registered person can have their transactions deemed as unauthorized and may face cancellation without notice and incur associated fees.
APPLICABLE LAWS
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to the laws in Malaysia, and Malaysian courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
By making an order through this website, you agree unconditionally to be bound by Bioganic Healthcare's Terms & Conditions of Purchase as below.
1. MEMBERSHIP
You may only make purchases of our products and/or services upon registration as a member of Bioganic Healthcare. Membership is not transferable but a member may make bookings on behalf of non- member(s).
2. CHANGES TO RATES
The rates quoted in respect of the products or service are subject to change without notice.
3. ACCOUNT
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details on your account are in order. You are liable for any additional charges arising from correction of any inaccuracies in the account.
4. PAYMENT
Payment are to be made via online means only unless prior arrangement with Bioganic Healthcare. You must make payment for the product or service IN FULL in the manner specified for your choice of
mode by the indicated cut-off date (where applicable). The "cut-off date" for products sold are immediate.
If you fail to make full payment by the cut-off date, your purchase maybe cancelled at the discretion of
Bioganic Healthcare.
5. CURRENCY
You may make payment in Malaysian Ringgit only. The applicable exchange rates of the supported currencies shall be determined at the sole discretion of Bioganic Healthcare from time to time. The
exchange rates so notified shall be final and is not negotiable.
6. REFUND FEE
For each request for a product or service submitted for confirmation, a refund processing fee of RM20.00 is chargeable. The processing fee:
i) shall be in addition to your initial payment for the product or service in the following circumstances:
- your sale has been confirmed and payment deducted
ii) is non-refundable in the following circumstances:
- you cancel your request;
- the request is not available; or
- the alternative product or service proposed by Bioganic Healthcare is rejected or otherwise not
accepted by you.
All processing fees accumulated in respect of a reference number. Refunds are only issued in the
form of credit points into a registered account, NO cash refunds.
7. UPON REQUEST
Where you request a product or service which is subject to confirmation, you irrevocably authorize
Bioganic Healthcare to automatically charge your credit card upon receipt of confirmation from the supplier of the product or service at the quoted rate. Bioganic Healthcare will not automatically charge your credit card where there is a change in the rates quoted.
8. REFUND POLICY
Refunds may be made by Bioganic Healthcare in the following circumstances:
i) the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable
to you;
or ii) in the case where a product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative (where applicable) is not acceptable to you, IN FULL in such manner as Bioganic Healthcare may determine at its discretion; or
iii) in the case of a cancellation, ONLY in the form of Credit Points which shall be credited to the member's account. The amount refunded is subject to the sole discretion of Bioganic Healthcare after costs incurred from a refund. All cancellations are subject to a refund processing fee charge.
9. CREDIT POINTS
Credit Points are neither redeemable for cash nor refundable through your credit/charge card. Upon termination of your account, all unused Credit Points shall be annulled and are not reclaimable upon your subsequent registration as a member of Bioganic Healthcare.
10. DELIVERY
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by courier service and to the address you specify in the checkout procedure. However, the time for the delivery will not be essential part of this agreement between us. If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund the payment you have mad but you will be liable to pay any delivery charges, which we will deduct from the payment and refund you the balance. If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing via our e-mail address within 14 days after the delivery date, failing which we will not be liable for any loss or damage. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 48-72 hours. All orders are packed with great care to ensure safe delivery. Obviously we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal services. The goods are totally at your own risk once it has left our office or warehouse. Currently, we only deliver to the destinations listed below: Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Sri Lanka and India.
